An Optician Used An Air Can (compressed Air Duster) To

Question: An optician used an air can (compressed air duster) to remove debris from my eyeglasses between the frames and lens, the pressurized blast of air from air can left some white powdery substance on the nose bridge of my glasses, then the optician used the air can again to remove the white substance on nose bridge of glasses with blast/spray of pressurized air, if any white substance is within the frame such as in nose bridge of frame or lens can that cause any flattening or any lengthening of face or facial bones from the weight of the white substance in eyeglasses when wearing the glasses?
