Any Need To Go For Fresh Tests For Cirrhosis?

Dear Sir,
Thank you very much for your kind reply and advice regarding my cirrhosis (F4) . I feel some relief
with your answer "Cirrhosis with stable conditions". Sir, Hepatitis B & C and HIV reports
attached with my query are of April 2019. Any need to go for fresh tests for these ? I have no
symptoms of Jaundice yellow eye or skin.
Earlier Doctor consulted by me advised me for UGI endoscopy. Any need for an endoscopy for my condition ? Any other medicine
for constipation? Regarding diet , I am taking brown rice one time, Any need to stop it, Also
take fish and eggs, no other non-veg.
Doctor also gave me Domperidone D 40 for 1 month and Evitol capsule for 3 months. I think I have to stop it now? Regarding cirrhosis
condition I think I will go in for a Fibroscan of liver after 3 months. Is it OK ?
Kindly give your further advice in all the above queries.
Also, my appetite is low...

As per your communication above, I submitted the attachment to customer care to forward the same to you sir. Hope the same will receive you soon.
Now I have done tests for HIV & Heptatits B & C. Results are negative. I also got UGI Endoscopy done. The report IMPRESSION is Hiatus Hernia & Gastric Erosions.
Esophagus: Z line noted at 35 CM, Diaphragamatic Pinches at 38 CM
Stomach: Body Shows Few Erythamatous Erosions. Fundus and Antrum Normal
Duodenum : D1 - Normal mucosa
D2 - Normal mucosa
Dr. now prescribed medicine Cap Esogress - L for one month and Cap Evion 400 mg for 3 months and called me after 3 months for further investigation.
Kindly let me have your 2nd opinion on above reports and my Fibroscan result 11.4% (F4)
My liver function test reports are produced below:
SGOT 61.36, SGPT 141.5, GGT 76.63, ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE 104.07, Bilirubin Direct 0.16: total 0.73, Indirect 0.57, Protein total 8.62, Albumin serum 4.87, Serum Globulin 3.75, Serum ALB/Globulin Ratio 1.3
Normal lipid & Renal functions, CBC report normal ( Hemoglobin 15.5, Platelet count 199 x 10 3/uL), Iron 145
Thyroid normal, HbA1c 6,6%, ABG 143, Fasting sugar 122.62, PP 155.28 ( taking medicines). I also taking medicine for BP ( under control), complete urinogram OK.
Ultrasonograhpy of Abdomen and Pelvis:
Impression:
Hepatomegaly with grade 1 fatty infiltration ( Liver is enlarged in size measures 16.1 cms and shows diffuse increase in echogenicity)
Cholelithiasis with no features of Cholecystitis (Gall Bladder is well distended. Showing multiple (2-3 number) XXXXXXX calculi... measuring between 10-14 mm in varying sizes, largest measuring 14 mm in the lumen. No obvious sludge seen. Wall thickness appears normal. CBD is normal in calibre), Pancreas, spleen,kidney, urinary bladder, prostate are normal except Left renal simple exophytic cortical cyst measuring 14 x 13 mm noted in the lower pole.

Thanks for the additional information.
I went through the reports.
Your ultrasound is showing only fatty liver. There is no evidence of cirrhosis.
The APRI score I calculated with AST and platelet count is not suggestive of either fibrosis or cirrhosis.
The Albumin globulin ratio of more than 1 is also not suggestive of cirrhosis.
So you do not have either cirrhosis or fibrosis of liver.
Your liver enzymes are however out of range probably due to fatty liver.
Your blood glucose and lipids are normal.
Overweight/obesity is probable cause.
Check your BMI and it is more than 23, take steps to reduce weight.
Continue taking Evion. Also take Bilypsa once daily for 4 weeks.
Regarding endoscopy, your doctor has suggested the right thing. Follow his advice.
Your scan also shows gallstones which are silent , which do not require any active intervention as of now.
If you develop any pain in the right upper quadrant, then the scan may be repeated and if the stones are found to be responsible for it, surgery may have to be done.

Hope after taking the medicines prescribed, my problem of feeling full after eating little, heaviness and tight feeling in the upper abdomen(below chest) will come down and appetite will also improve, which is low now.
