Brief Answer:
Please see detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It could due to gastritis. I would suggest to take Tablet Pan 40mg once a day early in the morning on empty stomach for 5 days. Also visit Gastroenterologist along with the reports (ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and urine test) for further evaluation.

Also,
1. Avoid oily, spicy, fried foods
2. Drink plenty of water
3. Avoid lying down immediately after eating
4. Avoid tea/coffee on empty stomach
5. Avoid fasting for longer hours.

Hope my answer helped you.

Thanks,
Dr. Saisudha
