Considering your age, it's advisable to rule out prostate disease like Benign prostate hypertrophy which can cause recurrent urinary tract infection in the elderly.
I generally prescribe a short course of oral antibiotics like Norflox and ultrasound Abdomen to my patients with such symptoms.
