Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
Your blood pressure values seem to be a little low.
Do you have any symptoms like dizziness, lightheadedness or fainting?
These symptoms could be related to such blood pressure values.
Anyway, these blood pressure values are not critical. They could be related to dehydration or an electrolyte imbalance.
Are you taking any anti-hypertensive drugs? They could lead to low blood pressure. In such case, I would recommend stopping them until your blood pressure values will be high again.
In the meantime, I would recommend you to avoid physical activity and have some rest. Increasing salt and coffee intake can help increase blood pressure values.
A lot of fluid intake will help stay well hydrated.
If the problem persists, especially if you have fainting symptoms, I would recommend going to the ER for a careful physical exam and some tests (complete blood count, blood electrolytes, fasting glucose, resting ECG).
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
