Brief Answer:
Depends on underlying pulse and symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

Your blood pressure is normal. But you have slow pulse. But it depends also what is your normal pulse, if you have heart rate of 55-60 bpm normally, then it is not so bad for you. It also depends if you have any symptoms, such as dizziness, lightheadedness and weakness.
If your usual pulse it more than 60 and you have above mentioned symptoms, I would advise you to take half dose of your Atenolol.
If you have severe symptoms, I would advise you to refer ER.

Wishing you good health

Welcome back

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

In case you don't have compaints, nothing to worry, it is not an emergency.
The only thing I would advise you, to discuss with your doctor to decrease Atenolol dosage. 25 mg Atenolol will be pretty good for you.

Take care

Brief Answer:
Welcome back

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

Slow pulse is not dangerous if you have no complaints.
But if you are physically active you may need a bit higher pulse, around 60.
That's why I think you should continue Atenolol, but with lower dose.
