Are Cyclenorm P And E Tablets Advisable For Delayed Periods?

Brief Answer:
I pill within 72 hours?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
From what I understand you used ipill after 48 hours of unprotected intercourse. Was it taken within 72 hours? And was the intercourse during fertile period (the date of intercourse will help you calculate fertile period).
Assuming expected period was on October 5th and you missed period since then, from the details provided pregnancy is almost ruled out. However before starting medications, it would be wise to perform blood hCG level and ultrasound scan. Further I use cyclonerm P (instead of cyclonerm p and e) or primolut N pills to induce withdrawal period. You should visit a gynecologist for tests and prescription of pills.
Hope this helps.
Regards
