Are ELISA Test And VDRL For HIV Accurate?

Question: Hi.sir iam from XXXXXXX my age is 24 I has unprotected oral sex around ten mins receiving (blow job) from a social worker. On dated as 17 th may 2015. I done Elisa 3rd gen test that index value is 0.4 so negative. I done tridot test and vdlr test both are negative I done those test after 100 days of exposure my results are accurate are not so I need not go any further test pls give advice sir iam very depressed sir pls give me qlarity of these. And my testies are appeared are red color so this is not include to hiv infection ah sir... Pls give u t valuable words

I understand your concern.
But let me tell you that as you have done both 3rd gen ELISA and tridot test for HIV and VDRL test for syphilis and both have come negative, you dont have to bother about these as you are free from these diseases. Also, risk of transmission of HIV from oral sex is very little. Hence, it can be easily said that you are not having HIV.
However, for the redness of testes you have mentioned, if you do not have any symptoms like fever, pain, swelling or problem with urination etc, you should not be worried. Wait for some days and even if it does not get better, you can consult your family physician.
There is nothing to worry as of now. Relax.
