Brief Answer:
They have separate purpose
Detailed Answer:
I am sorry that I did not realize that I had left a portion of your query unanswered. Let me apologize for the same.
Fucicort or Fucidin H contains an antibiotic along with topical steroids. The former reduces possibility of localized infection and the latter reduces inflammation. It does not help in reducing pain. Ibuprofen helps in reducing pain, if any. So, these two have two separate purposes. Both Ibuprofen and Fucidin H can be used as per requirement.
Hope that helps.
