Are HIV Duo ELISA, Gonorrhea Swap, HSV Tests Done 60 Days Post Exposure Conclusive For HIV And STD?

Question: Hi, recently I had unproducted oral sex and protected vaginal sex with CSW .After 1 week i felt pain on my testical. I feared about sti and I took cmia hiv test 8 days after exposure . It is negative and after that I took Elisa duo test and pcr rna test on 30 the day .. both came negative . And another 39th day cima test which is also negative . Meanwhile my testical pain went. But pain in right groin area begin . And I had cold from 3rd week which last for 1 month . And I got ulsour in my mouth. Now I got stressed and anxiety.. lost 1 or 1.5 kgs in 2 month. After 1 month I got non itche white bums came in groin area , not on genetiles. Now only one is existing and that too started to heal. After 60 day I took complete STD check including hiv duo elisa, gonorrhea swap, hsv ,
chlamydia, hbv ,hcv, tpha .. all are came negative .. now still right groin pain exit
. I am now fully stressed and in anxiety ... When I went to STD specialist he prescribed some Chinese medicine for immunative and pain killer . And took dopler scan for scotrum , postures and kidney and told those are ok
Now my biggest fear is what is the chance of getting hiv for me? Is my test are conclusive?

Brief Answer:
Your STDs screening tests are conclusively negative
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern.
Your recent STD screening tests at 60 days from exposure (HSV, HIV, VDRL, gonorrhoea, chlamydia, HBV and HCV) are conclusive. Most of these common STDs can be reliably detected by screening tests by 4- 6 of infection. So, negative screening tests for these common STDs at 60 days is conclusive. As far as HIV is concerned, a HIV Duo test becomes positive between 18-45 days after exposure. So if a test is negative beyond that, it is certainly conclusively negative.

Brief Answer:
Regarding groin pain
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Perhaps it is a musculoskeletal pain due to muscle pull. This can radiate to the testicles. I suggest you to take an oral anti inflammatory e.g Ibuprofen tab, twice daily for 5 days.

Thank you doctor,
Now i am on my 75th day after exposure ... today i felt some needle pain in my right hand and painful pimple like in back of my head. is it swollen node in the head? ... still right groin pain is there. actually it is started from 1 week of exposure itself... will HIV symptoms persist this much of time?

Brief Answer:
Regarding your skin concerns
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
These are not HIV symptoms.
Perhaps you have a bacterial skin infection on your scalp. I suggest you to take an oral antibiotic e.g either Amoxicillin +Clavulanic acid (625 mg) or Cephalexin 500mg, thrice daily for a week. In addition I suggest you to apply a topical antibiotic e.g neosporin ointment or mupirocin ointment 2%, twice daily. You may take a painkiller e.g Ibuprofen or diclofenac for symptomatic relief from pain.
