The herbalife products are safe. However, they likely will not give you all the health benefits they promise.
It is very likely that you can get similar health benefits from much cheaper products.
It is not that they are dangerous, but just that they may not be as effective as they claim.
Also the Herbalife company is under government investigation for being a pyramid scheme so whatever you do, do not let them talk you into becoming a promoter of their products
