Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Based on your sons history it looks like he could have irritable bowel syndrome.
The medicines you are currently giving are appropriate.
If still suffering try
1. Increasing neopride 25 mg three times daily.
2. Try probiotics like bifilac twice daily which I usually give for a week.
3. Try avoiding spicy and oily foods.
4. Encourage him to take more fruits and vegetables.
5. Let him drink atleast 4 litres water per day.
Wishing your son speedy recovery.

Dear doctor XXXXXXX I thank you for giving me your valuable suggestion. I have recognised that whenever his gas builds up in the stomach, he starts burping heavily with noise frequently and then the resultant other problems arise. I request to please suggest a permanent remedy for his gastric problem. Thanking you.
