Brief Answer:
can't be predicted but probably unsafe...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

both drugs should be kept at temperatures lower than 30 degrees of Celsius (86F). Exposing them to higher temperatures for so long has put their structure to strong test and the outcome cannot be predicted. Improperly stored medicines should be disposed for safety reasons. Sometimes they may only be rendered ineffective. Other times they may become toxic. You shouldn't take such a risk...

I hope it helps!
Kind Regards!
