Brief Answer:

Need further evaluation

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have reviewed your ECG and Echocardiography reports and yes there are some ST T changes in inferior leads which are suggestive of myocardial ischemia.

Considering your age group and ECG changes I would like to suggest you to kindly get either a stress echo or a TMT test done as that will further reveal any hidden ischemic coronary artery disease.

If these tests comes positive for inducible ischemia then further angiography will be required and everything else will depend upon that report.

So first step is to get a TMT or stress echo done.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
