Brief Answer:
there is no significant interaction with trospium

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Sinement is a combination of levodopa and carbidopa.

There is a risk of interaction between levodopa and lisinopri and also carbidopa and lisinopril.
Levodopa increases the effect lisinopril and carbidopa also increases the lisinopril as well.
It is possible this may not have a significant effect for you but you can monitor

There is no significant interaction between trospium and the above medications so this is not a problem.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
