Brief Answer:
they both contains levothyroxine

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
Thyronorm and Synthroid contains levothyroxine sodium.
The equivalent doses of this contains same amount of levothyroxine. So the increments are comparable.
Hope this helps.
