Are VDRL, HBV, HIV Tests Done 12 Weeks Post Exposure Conclusive?

It was first time.. After 5-10mins of rigorous by the woman.. I asked whether I could hv sex with her.. She kept saying it wasn't allowed.. But as I couldn't ejaculate so she allowed me to do it. I only got 20-25secinds as time was up and I still could ejaculate.
I washed my genital.. Then upon reaching home again.. Washed my genital..
Later upon googling I found out about how std's n hiv transmit. Got freaked out n constantly remained under fear for coming few days .
2 days later developed pinkish rash on my face around nose and forehead.. Plus 6 weeks prior to this incident every morning upon waking up I had a running nose and needing problem for a few hours then it went away only to come back next morning. This continued after the parlor incident too till this day.
Rash didn't go away till 1 whole week.. Then at 2nd week it became more itchy.. I went to a doctor on 3rd week.. He gave eumosone m to apply twice a day, candida to apply on genital as it had pink dots on its head and 1 flucanozole tablet.
This rash kept coming back after i stopped applying eumosone n until 10th week from the incident.
I also had a mouth ulcer which remained for 6 days on my tonsil.
Today it's been 85 days(12 weeks) since the incident and I got tested for vdrl.. Hep b and his rapid (hiv1 and hiv2) on 11th week. All were Non-Reactive.
So my question is there any chance I'm not infected by hiv? It has been very depressive and terrifying 12 weeks for me.
Please forgive me for such a lengthy post but I wanted everything to be clear. I've discussed all this only with my doctor.
So is it possible I'm hiv negative? I'll test myself again at 6 weeks.. And should I go for ELISA test too?
HIV unlikely but ELISA test recommended.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concern and situation.
I would suggest that you need not be too worried as the likelihood of getting HIV from single exposure is extremely rare. I would suggest you to take 4 th generation ELISA test at 12 weeks as it is a better and conclusive evidence of HIV test and not the rapid test. I would suggest you to get HSV 1 and 2 test done. Also get oral ulcer/lesion swab collection done and get tested for gram staining and culture sensitivity test done for bacterial and fungal infections. I would like to rule out any drug resistant bug. Get complete haemogram done. Maintain the oral and body hygiene using chlorhexidine oral gargle and body wash. Apply lignocaine jelly if oral lesion is painful. Stay in follow up. Treatment will be based on investigation results.
Do not hesitate to ask any query.
Rating and review will be appreciated.

So now I need to get tested for
1. ELISA 4th Gen rapid test
2. HSV1 HSV2
3. But where do I get Gram staining, Complete haemogram and culture sensitivity done?
Plus I'm aware these symptoms match heavily with ars.. Though they started 3rd day after encounter. But would you please share truly does it actually resemble hiv.. I'm asking because I hv few friends who r doctor or either in final year. I've discussed it with them separately n there answers are more on sympathy front. Thats why I'm asking u please dnt sympathize (if u were). I'm male 25.. Never had Intercourse prior to this.
I'm really sorry but I had too say all this but I hv a pic of those pink bumps on head of my genital. Is it ok if I upload it? Because I dnt know if I should.. I thought it would be a male doctor like last time on this app.
But still please. Accept my apology. I'm depressed and looking for your advice only. Though I'm sorry for writing so much.. And I'm sorry doctor if I offended you but I just had to ask the genital stuff too.
No need to worry as HIV is too unlikely.

Hi
If your ulcers have healed then no problem. No need of gram staining and culture sensitivity test. I am not sympathizing but your case appears unlikely to be HIV. Trust me and don't worry. ELISA 4 th generation test is not a rapid format test. It is conclusive test which is recommended by international HIV societies. The ulcers started 3 days cannot be HIV as HIV manifests after 2-4 weeks by non specific symptoms of respiratory tract. It appears to be HSV 1 or 2 so I would suggest you to take the test for the same. Yes you may upload the picture. We doctors are committed to our patients and have no gender issues with patients this is our professional work for patients. You can get complete haemogram from a government or private sector health services.
As far as HIV infection I see extremely rare possibility (0.1%). So do not worry and lead normal life till test results. Follow up with reports.
Take care.

I'll get tested for Haemogram, ELISA 4th Gen, HSV 1 n HSV 2. One more thing I never had cold sores like tht in herpes.
below is the attached visual of genital's head(the tiny white dots on genital's head are remains of tissue paper.. Dried it using it.. I'm just worried about pink bumps on it).
And Thank you doctor XXXXXXX for understanding my condition n helping me out. It really means a lot mam.
Non specific allergic reaction.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Yes get the tests done and do not worry. As far as red spots are nothing significant. It looks like allergic reaction. Apply triple action cream thrice daily for 5 days. Do not apply anything else. Maintain genital hygiene, avoid latex condoms, refrain from sexual activities for 3-4 weeks and keep the area clean and dry after shower. Your queries are welcome. Do not take any stress as you are absolutely fine.

I'll apply the cream and do other things as mentioned by you.
Plus I've accidentally posted the same question twice while being charged for it too. So can I continue on tht thread when the reports come back? Or is there any other way to again follow up with you after the accept button has been pressed?
Though Thank you so much for your guidance mam.
Yes you can post on that thread.
