Are A Bit Of Itching, Very Minor Pain And Crawling Sensation On The Upper Part Of The Penis Signs Of Infection?
Question: I am having a bit itching and very minor pain and crawling on the upper part of penis ( mostly in muscle ) . I am drinking a lot water as I believe it to be some infection . Please suggest .

1) Did you have oral sex very recently ?
2)Did you have unprotected sex ?
3) Are you married ?
Get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
Take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like
Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water to keep urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Can I use Norflox TZ untill I see some Physician here .Actually I am currently in Mexico . Symptoms are very minor and I have no such major problem .
Also I think I have stomach infection , as I go to potty after eating anything . Potty comes normally everytime, its just its multiple times .
Please suggest .
