Progesterone withdrawal symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
The symptoms that you are experiencing are progesterone withdrawal symptoms with lower abdominal uterine cramps and pain, nausea, often headaches, mood swings may be seen. These are indicative of the fact that your withdrawal bleed should be starting anytime in next 24-36 hrs.
The pain and discomfort however can be controlled with anti-spasmodics or NSAIDS along with hot fomentation over the lower abdomen.
The start of the bleeding would definitely be earlier than your scheduled periods and now the day of start of bleeding shall become your fresh LMP and next period should be calculated a month from this date hence.
Also , please avoid taking ipill unnecessarily as it has its own side effects and the most common being irregularity in cycles and delayed menses.
Regards

Hello,
Is sperm smeared fingering had occurred then pregnancy is possible , but in your case as you have taken the second ipill without waiting for teh withdrawal bleed after the first , these symptoms are expected. You can take NSAIDS to control pain and it shall subside once your bleeding starts.
