Are Accidentally Eaten Worm Eggs Killed Inside Stomach?
Worms and eggs are killed by stomach acid.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
Worms if any, in a guava are very small and these worms and their eggs are readily destroyed in the stomach within minutes after they are ingested. There is sufficient amount of Hydrochloric acid in the stomach at any time to kill worms and their eggs after if eaten by mistake.
Please do not worry.
Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
Tapeworms are usually found in raw vegetables which are grown at ground level and might be in contact with water containing the infection. The water gets infected by animals and humans excreting. It is also transmitted by eating uncooked meat.
A guava will not contain tapeworm because it grows at a height.
The tapeworm eggs and spores are tough and do not get destroyed in stomach acid.
You can take any vegetables including cabbage and cauliflower after washing it properly and cooking it without fear of tapeworms.
Hope your query is answered.
