Are Acute Confusion And Memory Issues Treatable Through Medical Intervention?

Question: I woke up in my spare bedroom about a hour ago and I can't really remember much about lying down in there or why. I cannot remember much about what I did earlier today. Have a slight soreness and headache on the right side of my head above my ear. Am very shakey and scared. Have I had a mini-stroke? What should I do? Could remember my age. Subtracted the year I was born from 2012, to get 67. Is this 2012? Doesn't seem right. Just looked at my calendar and found it is 2018 so I am 72. What should I do? I am 30 miles from a hospital and I live alone. Should I go to the hospital emergancy room?
