Are Antibiotics Advisable For A Lactating Mother?

Question: Hello Doctor,

I am a lactating mother of a 1 year old baby. From yesterday I have suffering from food poisoning and severe colic pain. I am also having loose motion (7-8 times a today).
I cant try antibiotics as that will effect my baby. I am already taken Nax Vom 30 (2 drops, 3 times a day) but that is not reducing my colic pain.

Can you please help?

1 type of pain? pointed , right or left side, sharp pain cuting pain etc
2 location of pain ?

1. type of pain? pointed , right or left side, sharp pain cuting pain etc - Churning pain all through out the abdomen.

2 location of pain ? - All through out abdomen

3 any complain of vomiting ? - No

4 colour of stool ? Black/ greenish / clotted / undigestet material etc - Complete liquid like water

5 any thing ither related to case - Heaviness in the stomach

1 R37 6 drops 4 times in day with half cup of water
2 Merc Sol 6 4 drops with 1 spoon of water 4 times in day
3 Colocynt 6 4 drops with 1 spoon of water 4 times in day

Take medicine for 2 weeks and write back to us.
