Are Any Of These Issues Of Concern Bun/Creatinine Ratio Is 32 With The Creatinine Serum At 0.78 ?

Question: Greetings. I just received some new blood results. My Bun/Creatinine ratio is 32 with the creatinine serum at 0.78 and Bun serum at 25. My Total T3 is 78 and T3 uptake 48.7. The rest of the Thyroid numbers are normal. I also have a "trace" of ketone in urine (12 hour fasting for glucose test, no drinking either). Are any of these issues of concern? Thank you.

Hello, Dr. Shoman. Please see attached the 2 pages with the blood test information I wrote about. Thank you.
Brief Answer:
Mostly ok
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, hello again. Most of your test results are ok.. However, your blood glucose level is higher than normal and this shall require sugar and carbohydrates restriction in your diet along with a follow up test after one month for fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels and hbA1c test.. Also there is a little kidney impairment that can be improved by adequate hydration.. I hope you find this helpful..
