On these part no itching and burning and no pain..I have only one spot.. I recognize these spot one month ago..

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like pityriasis versicolor.
It is a superficial fungal infection of the skin.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take antifungals like capsule itraconazole 400 mg single dose stat and apply sertaconazole cream on the affected area twice daily for 2 weeks.
These are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
