Brief Answer:
unlikely to be diabetic

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank You for contacting HCM. My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. It is very unlikely that a single reading comes high and other reading are low. Your current labs are indicating that you do not have diabetes BUT i would suggest you to record your blood sugar level thrice a day(1. before breakfast, 2. after lunch & 3. after dinner) for 3 days. Share the chart with me.
It will help me in guiding you further.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
