Are Breast Tenderness, Dizziness And Cold Hands Indicate Pregnancy?

Question: Hi! My breasts started feeling swolen and fuller around day 10 of my cycle, and the feeling continues, although getting less intense (now I'm day 18, cycle 33-36 days). From yesterday I also feel dizzy and my hands are cold. I had unprotected sex on day 8 (interrupted). Is there a chance these might be the early signs of pregnancy? (test is negative, but I guess it's too early to show. Also did ultrasound 2days ago, doctor said "periovulatory stage, too early to rule anything out").

Hi, thanks!
Could you please tell me what might be the reason for this breast tenderness that started this early in the cycle? I don't remember having it before.
At first I thought it might be some mild hormonal imbalance, as I was stressed in the two weeks before and had a flight the day before it started (with no sleep).
