Are Bubble Like Skin Lesions On A Child A Serious Issue?
Please provide the details, if possible attach an image
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Skin lesions are better diagnosed by direct examination. So I request you to attach an image so that I better able to help you out.
It would be better if you give answer of the following queries
1)Is there any associated fever, cough/cold, itchiness, reddening around the lesion?
2)From where (which part of the body) the skin lesion started?
3)Is the bubble like lesions are filled with clear fluid or pus?
Bubble like skin lesions on face and trunk with fever in this age can be vesicular skin lesion due to some viral infection commonly chicken pox.
Sometimes itchy fluid filled skin lesions can be due to scabies but the involvement of face is unusual.
Allergic skin reaction is also a possibility and it also usually associated with redness and itching.
I won't get overly worried if child is otherwise active, taking feeds well and there is no other significant associated symptoms.
I request you to provide the details. Waiting for your response.

More like allergic reaction
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It appears to be papular urticaria an allergic reaction mostly after mosquito bite.
Skin reactions are mainly diagnosed based on clinical examination and other associated symptoms like itching, fever etc.
In allergic reaction giving antiallergic like levocetirizine or hydroxyzine helps.
I request you to get him to a pediatrician for clinical evaluation and management. Please feel free to ask if you have any more questions.
Regards
I will visit to doctor and will update you.
