Brief Answer:
Short term exposures are not harmful

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concerns but don't worry. Short exposures to XXXXXXX phones will not be harmful. But avoid keeping XXXXXXX phones and other electronic gadgets near him especially during sleep in future. These emit radiations which may be harmful in long run.

Also, avoid XXXXXXX phones and television as learning tools for your child. At this age musical toys, block games, picture books, rhymes, etc can be used to keep him busy.

Hopefully it will be of help. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.
Take care
