Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

A simple H.pylori infection does not cause chills, night sweats and tiredness.
But sometimes the infection can cause maltoma which can cause chills and night sweats. It may also be associated with iron deficiency anemia which can cause tiredness.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As said in my earlier post H.pylori can cause chills and sweats only if it is associated with maltoma. You can discuss with your doctor about this possibility.
Kidney infection cannot occur without appearing in the urine test.

Brief Answer:
Answer given below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The "sand" does not cause infection.
If there is infection it will appear in the urine analysis and complete blood count will also give a clue.
