Green diarrhea and pain on the right side of abdomen is indicating that you may have entero-colitis.
Couple of weeks is a long time to suffer.
I would advise you the following in such a situation the following:
Get the blood and stool tests.
Clinical evaluation.
A course of an antibiotic active against intestinal infection if there is any evidence of an intestinal infection, Metronidazole if required and probiotics should help you.
Take boiled for 20 minutes and cooled water.
Watch for any infection through food source.
