Brief Answer:
Pregnancy unlikely
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If you had a normal period then it's not possible that you are pregnant.
Sometimes abnormal vaginal bleeding can be confused with a period so there is no harm in ruling it out if you are worried.
The blood pregnancy test b HCG level can detect a pregnancy earlier than a urine test at about 7 days from conception.
In case a negative result is received then it should be repeated if the subsequent period is missed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Explained
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As stated in he previous answer , based on the history and description, it's very unlikely that you are pregnant. If you are too concerned then get a blood pregnancy test instead of urine tests.
The 1st menses day is considered day one of the menstrual cycle. Days 1 to 7 and day 21 to rest of the cycle is the "Safe Period" provided regular 26-32 days cycle is there.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
