Are Extreme Itchiness Throughout The Body, Dry Mouth And Throat Signs Of Diabetes?

Question: I am wondering if I might have diabetes. I experience extreme itchiness which, when I scratch it, won't stop itching. I sometimes scratch almost to the point of bleeding. The itch can be anywhere on my body, but more often on my arms, legs, or feet. Additionally, I have an extremely dry mouth and throat. I find myself drinking water, then within seconds, my mouth and throat are dry again. My throat can get so dry, it hurts. This happens nearly every day, but not all day long. I don't have excessive thirst, but I often use the bathroom almost immediately whenever I am drinking water, lemonade, or tea. I am also profoundly fatigued much of the time.
