Brief Answer:
It depends from person to person..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome back to HCM,

I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

The first and foremost thing to note here, is not type of device/wearings but the actual fitting, means, you need to choose the exact fitted size as per your body contour and the level of surgery(how high or how low it's involved)..

You should choose the right size (not very tight, neither very loose), something which is firm-enough in fitting but doesn't cause irritation or doesn't roll or coil up and down (custom fitted binders are available for this), you can also wear soft cotton clothing underneath to prevent this..

As per my clinical experience, properly fitted Binders are the best and if you still want to go for fajas then choose something with upper-arm/shoulder strapping which'll help to keep it in place (but till now, best results are obtained from a properly fitted binder only)..

Hope this clarifies the doubt now..

Take Care
Kind Regards
