Brief Answer:
Other causes, besides neuropathy should be assessed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Falling with no warning signs is not a characteristic of peripheral neuropathy.

It is more a indicator of transient ischemic attack, or sudden changes in blood pressure.

In my opinion, you should monitor and measure your blood pressure several days and should discuss with your primary care Doctor about having a check up of your heart and vessels that supply brain condition with appropriate blood tests and Doppler ultrasound.

Peripheral neuropathy is best treated if the exact cause is found and is a controllable condition.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take care.
