Are Fever, Weight Loss, Diarrhea And Night Sweats Early Symptoms Of HIV?
Test for HIV can rule out or confirm HIV infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Fall in titre of test for Syphilis clearly indicates that you are responding well to treatment. In some individuals it may take an year or more to become
non-reactive following treatment for Syphilis. It does not mean you require furhter treatment for Syphilis.
As you are responding to treatment, the symptoms could not be due to Syphilis.
Symptoms like fever, weight loss, night sweat and diarrhea alone do not indicate HIV as they are common symptoms for many other conditions other than HIV disease. Only the blood test for HIV can either rule out or confirm HIV. So get the test done and rule out HIV totally.

Currently my vision aren't clear after 4 months and the doctor told me that my retina are swelling because the stress, is it one of the symptom for HIV?
Unlikely to be due to HIV disease.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
HIV remains asymptomatic (after the acute infection) for years (5-7 years or more). Retinal involvement in HIV disease can occur only in advanced stage (after 12 years or more untreated HIV disease). So your present problem is quite unlikely to be due to HIV disease.

Syphilis and AIDS are two different diseases, caused by different oragnisms
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.
Syphilis is caused by a bacteria, Treponema Pallidum.
AIDS is caused by Human Immunodefficient virus.
Both are entirely different diseases, not essentially associate with each other even though both diseases are transmitted through same route. Likely to be present together sometimes as the epidemiology is same, but not necessarily presnt always.
Nothing to fear to have the HIV test. It is like any other disease and the test is just like any investigation to detect the cause.
