Brief Answer:
It is safe

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
It is safe since this is natural supplement and it has some benefits. However, its effect on high blood pressure is still questionable and not all people benefit from it. Around 30% of patients may report improvement mainly those with essential hypertension. So it won't harm you but you don't need to expect a lot from it and appropriate diet and medication should be continued.Wish you good health. Regards
