Are Frequent Urination And Tingling In Penis Head Symptoms Of Herpes Infection?

Clinically it seems unlikely to me sir, rest assured all should be normal
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. If you have been exposed to the virus, and symptoms have not occurred over a duration of 2-12 days after exposure (you mentioned 3 weeks, which is 21 days), then it seems unlikely that you have caught the infection sir.
You can also choose to go ahead with testing for it in the laboratory, but clinically it does seem unlikely sir.
I hope you find my response helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.
Best wishes.

Thank you for your response i feel better that you think i havent caught the infection i was really scared,
what do you thing the excessive peeing and the little bite/burn feel would have been on the head of penis felt to be on the out side. yesterday and today havent been peeing alot and the bite/ burn is gone i think i feel it some times but cout that just be all in my mind?
Could just be a simple UTI requiring antibiotic coverage
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.
It could be a simple urinary tract infection which may require antibiotic coverage and a urine alkaliser at the most. But this is nothing to worry about. Drink plenty of water, and visit a doctor as you may require a prescription for antibiotics sir.
I hope this helps. Please feel free to write to me for any further assistance, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.

So then i could have caught just a simple UTI from her instead of herpes?
Thank you so much :)
Yes sir, that seems more likely to me
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.
Yes sir, more likely. :)
You are most welcome, be safe and God bless.

Thank you for the uplifting response
the last few days it seemed better less peeing and not as much tingle/bite feel
but today it seems to be back a little is this normal in a UTI ? im a little scared :(
Thats because UTIs do not self-resolve sir
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.
In most cases, UTIs require antibiotic coverage, so I would still recommend a doctors visit in order to diagnose and treat the condition accordingly. UTI's do not subside on their own, and so please do try and visit a doctor. In the meantime, drink plenty of water as that should keep the symptoms at bay and also try and get your hands on a urine alkaliser (e.g. CITRALKA), they will greatly help you sir.
I hope this helps.
Best wishes.

Where would i be able to find Citralka? i will drink plenty of water in the mean time
i have just been so upset and depressed that it was herpes :( with all i have read on line would make it sound like i did.
Go ahead with the test sir
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Citralka is a urine alkaliser and it should be available at medical stores, if not that then just ask the pharmacist for any other brand of urine alkaliser they have, as it should be available over-the-counter.
Don't worry, and just go ahead with the test and we should gain more clarity on this.
Best wishes.

Ok i will check with the pharmacist and see what they have. for the test just get a urine test?
Thank you
Yes sir, or cranberry juice is also a good substitute; try that if no citra
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Yes, 2 tests actually:
1. Urine analysis (which will confirm the infection)
2. Urine culture and sensitivity test (which will provide us on which medication would be best to treat your infection)
Best wishes sir.
