Brief Answer:
Nothing to be worried about

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Based on the facts and reports that you have posted your wife who is in her 26th week of pregnancy has been detected on routine ultrasound scanning to have fullness of bilateral Pelvi Calyceal system and Polyhydramnios.

It is not uncommon to get dilatation of Pelvi Calyceal System of the kidneys third trimester of pregnancy due to pressure of the gravid uterus over ureters ,There is nothing to be worried about it. This would get resolved to normal after delivery.

As regards the polyhydramnios it is excessive amniotic fluid. However it does not arm the baby.

Be under constant observation of your Obstetrician and monitor it frequently .She would be the best judge to decide regarding any intervention if required.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions, I shall be happy to help you
Thanks.
Regards,
Dr. Patil
