Brief Answer:

Most likely irritable bowel syndrome. Could be related to dietary changes!

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

In most cases, this is related to dietary changes or an irritable bowel syndrome.

However, we must always be careful to rule out other possible causes such as digestive disorders of the colon.

First steps are to keep a dietary diary and correlate with these symptoms. We would review to see if there is a clear pattern with any diet or food type.

Keep me updated when you must have gathered some for at least 1week.

To this effect, I will like to know when the last colonoscopy was and what was the finding. If this has been more than 10years, I will recommend you get another to get cleared of any lingering concerns.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
