Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concerns.
I have read your earlier discussion, the link of which you provided in this query.
You have been taking treatment for OCD.
You have reduced the dose of daxid from 50mg to 25mg. You are now facing symptoms like loose bowel, weight loss, headache and gastritis.
Your symptoms of OCD are also recurring.
Why did you reduce the dose of daxid?
I think the reduction in dose has led to relapse of your symptoms of OCD.
OCD is a chronic relapsing disorder.
If you were doing well on 50mg daxid, I would suggest you to switch back to that dose again.
The other symptoms which you are taking could be the withdrawal effects cause by dose reduction.
Have you started losing weight in last 6 days only?
The returning hallucinations are not due to weight loss.
In my opinion, you just need to increase dose of daxid back to 50mg. This should resolve most of your symptoms.
Simultaneously, you must drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration due to loose bowel.
You can take tablet omeprazole for gastritis and tablet ibuprofen for headache.
Donot change the doses of drugs without consulting your doctor.
Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask further.
Thanks.
