Brief Answer:
Please do reply to a few questions of mine, and keep him well hydrated

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. If you would spare some time to answer a few of my questions, it would greatly assist me in answering your questions more accurately:

1. Could you tell me how long before the initiation of his symptoms did he have a meal? Somewhere around 2-6 hours prior to the initiation of his symptoms?

2. What did his last meal consist of (prior to the initiation of his symptoms i.e.)?

3. Is his tongue dry and coated white?

4. Was the food he ate homemade or a meal from outside?

I look forward to your response in order to help you with a more accurate diagnosis at the earliest. Please also make sure that he is hydrated:

+Give him as many oral fluids as possible
+Please purchase some ORS (oral rehydration solution) either in powdered form (to be mixed with some water and had gradually), or in a readily available liquid form. Another alternative to this is an energy drink (they usually have all the required nutrients)

I also understand that due to his condition he may not be able to keep anything down and might throw up as soon as he does take anything orally, as long as he is not dehydrated we can give him some time to recover. If possible get your hands on some anti-emetic containing 'ondansetron' from any medical store close by, you should get it without a prescription.

Hope I have answered your query.
