Are Headaches, Swelling On The Eyelids, Blocked Nose And Mucus Indicative Of Sinusitis?

Question: Having cold.
Symptoms:
1. mild headache in morning and in night
2. mild swelling over right eyelid
3. nose blockage since one month
4. need to blow out Mucus after every 2-3 hours.

Hi,

Definitely not the diagnosis, but based on your description I will keep the possibility of sinusitis as most likely.

A headache and nose block along with swelling over the eyelid is typical of sinusitis.

I will urge you to see a doctor for examination. X-ray of paranasal sinus may be needed if required.

In the meanwhile, try steam inhalation along with decongestant medications like tab Sinarest thrice daily.
