Are Herbalife Products Safe For Weight Loss?
Question: Hi my weight is 65 and i amtrying hard to lose wt. Ht is 5 ft 3 inch. I took herbalife products for 4 mnth bt it din redice even half kg; is it safe it hd shake
There are no scientific proof that herbalife helps. Nor do we know about the safety of this product. I don't prescribe it to my patients. If you wish to loose weight, I suggest you try strict diet and exercise. Some medications such as metformin can be helpful.

Are your periods regular?

Pain is on rt side alwaz going back; so basically its frm roght side stomach to lower back.. It lasts for a week and i tke meftal spas fr week smetymes twice a day; i am suffering frm dis since 4 mnths. I hve reg periods with 2-3 days bleeding
