You don't need testing for HIV.
Detailed Answer:
Dear young lady,
Welcome back and thanks for your further follow up.
Do not worry if you are not able to get tested. Your friend is quite correct that we usually find various typical symptoms in early phase of HIV. The symptoms are quite varied and the most typical of all us high grade fever.
In your case there had been no such symptoms which indicates towards HIV. Additionally right from the beginning of our discussion I have guided you that oral sex is not a mode of infection in HIV.
So relax yourself and do not get worried if you are not able to get tested. In my opinion getting ted ted is required only for the part of a final ease if your mind.
Allay all your fears and relieve all your stress for HIV.

Pain & lymph node not related to HIV.
Detailed Answer:
Dear young lady,
Welcome back and thanks for your further follow up.
I can understand your concern for the pain an related problems. After analysing the condition I can make out that swelling is due mild sore throat and chest congestion.
It is quite common to find such kind of symptoms in sore throat as well as chest congestion. I reassure you fully that there is no correlation of your present problem with HIV.
In HIV we find multiple of lymph nodes all over body and not just a single node. I reassure you fully that there is no correlation with HIV in your case.
I hope you must be relaxed now.

Razors and toilet seats are not mode of transmission.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Welcome back and thanks for your follow up.
In using a toilet seat or infected razor also it is not possible to acquire the HIV infection. The doctor said quite correctly that HIV virus becomes non infective in contact with air. Toilet seats and razors are not a means of HIV transmission.
Over and above the best means of getting relieved of all the anxieties is by getting tested and seeing a negative result.
As I said previously that the test would come negative.
Do not worry and allay all your fears regarding HIV.
