Question: Hello sir,

I am at very fearful stage of my life. Please help me

On 18th Feb I was having high fever and chillness before two days I did 4 times mastrubation and 7 km of walking as I normally don't walk.

I went to doctor he gave me an injection and then my blood count wbc was 15000 with 79% neutrophils, then he prescribed MAHACEF plus tablets.after starting the course I started getting night sweats

This all continued for a week and my fever and night sweats completely reduced. After started taking that tablet my tongue has become white and pain when swallowing.

After the course after two days I started getting frequent urination and these white spots remained.

Due to doctor suggestion I did HIV Elisa test hiv1/hiv2and found to be negative.

After some days I got to know e
Whiteness on tongue oral thrush I got fear. Then I keep on pressing the lymph nodes searching for whether swollen or not. After some 5days they got swollen little bit. They are hard.

But yesterday I took fluconazol tablet Suze of lymph nodes increased and started painting.
My urination problem still there.

I never had sex. I mastrubated 6 times a week for the last four years. Does not cleaning after mastrubation leads to hiv? .i had fever 4months back for 2 days . I donated blood 8 months back.

Now I took blood test again everything is normal but still my lymph nodes are swollen and paining

Pleasesuggest me what to do and I am very much fearful for my life.

Brief Answer:
Unlikely due to HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
Welcome to health care magic.
I have gone through the details and can make out your anxiety.

Firstly as there is no risk exposure like unprotected intercourse ,there is no possibility of HIV transmission. Masturbation does not transmit HIV unless there is contact with infected secretion or blood .
While donating blood there is no possibility of acquiring HIV, as they use sterile needles.
So as per description given there is no source of HIV .So no chance of acquiring HIV.
If Oral thrush is diagnosed ,it is not always due to HIV. It can be seen in many normal individuals, diabetics, those on steroid inhalers, on antibiotics, nutritional deficiencies, with ill fitting dentures etc.
Also tests for HIV are negative.
Symptoms are not be due to HIV.
The lymph nodes may be due to any oral or pharyngeal Infections.
Consult your doctor for examination and management.
It is most unlikely due to HIV.
You can get back for any clarification.

Does over mastrubation reduce your immunity?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Bharatesh Devendra Basti (3 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Masturbation does not alter immunity.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.

These symptoms may not be due to HIV.
So it will not alter test results.
If you are still anxious about HIV, you can go for tests .Get relieved of HIV fear once and for all.Do not think about it again after tests again.
Frequent urination may be due to anxiety or diabetes .Get fasting and post pranadial sugar tests(FBS and PPBS), and urine examination.
Masturbation does not alter immunity. so do not worry.

Consult physician for examination.
You can get back for any clarification.
