Are Hot Flashes And Chest Pain Linked To Coronary Artery Disease?

Question: I've been told I have Heart Failure. That was a month ago. My dad died of a heart attack. I was told 9 years ago that one of my arteries to my heart had a 47% blockage. I've been really tired for a couple of months. Lately this week, I have hot flashes… I'm 73 - and I sometimes feel sick when I have them… Also I've had pain in my chest - once two strong feelings, but they didn't last very long. Two other times, the pain was more not sharp pain but an ache with the warm all over feeling, this evening the warm with some ache has been going on for an hour or so. I've taken Bayer baby 80 three times today. Should I go to the emergency room ? I was thinking I'd go to sleep and go in the morning...
