These symptoms doesn't suggest low testosterone
Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

Low testosterone levels in body show varied presentation and its not comment on the testosterone levels just on basis of signs and symptoms. Hot flashes, anxiety, panic attacks, feeling bad or no sense of well being etc all are not seen commonly in low testosterone levels. Low testosterone levels have different presentation. If you have any doubts then go for serum testosterone levels done to rule out the condition.

If anxiety is persisting and is causing significant distress then visit your psychiatrist again for re-evaluation. For stress if SSRIs doesn't result in improvement then low dose antipsychotics can be added. This would help in better response.

Reduced libido, fatigue, poor erection etc symptoms could be seen in testosterone deficiency.

What are your main presenting symptoms?

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
You can go for serum testosterone levels.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking again

If you are feeling that libido is less and there is some reduction in erection then you can go for serum testosterone and prolactin levels. This will rule out any low testosterone levels. Though in most individuals poor erection occurs due to psychological reasons.

Thanks.
