i had unprotected sex 20 years ago and had white discharge from my penis and scar on the tip of penis. the infection vanished after some time. Three years later i had another such incident and had the same type of symtoms as the previous. but this time the infection didn't go away as fast as the former. i didn't know about STD then and was embarass to see a doctor.
I got married in Dec 2013 and in the first month my wife suffered UTI and later was diagonosed with PID.I also felt itching on my genetal and small red spots on the tip of penis.my semen analysis show plenty of pus cells .

Brief Answer:
a battery of tests would be ideal

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your reply

Looking at your detail description, your symptoms might be suggestive of sexually transmitted infection

I would advise you for a battery of tests like blood for baseline investigations like hemoglobin, CBC, Liver function test, kidney function test, Urine culture and sensitivity test, test for gonorrhoea and chlamydia ( serological tests)

Since I can't physically examine you to get more clues so I would advise you to consult doctor for these tests and clinical examination

You need not to worry, You may require a course of antibiotics and You will be alright very soon.

Hope this answers your question please feel free to ask for more assistance, I will be happy to help you
wish you good health
