Are Irregular Heart Beats A Cause For Concern?
Question: Heart beat skipping or miss beats problem , i hAve this problem from last 3 years , when i am worried or stressed its even more heppeing to me , so times its very less or not even happeining and some times its happeing beat after beat which makes me worry, this has been in my holter report last year but doctor said its only few abnormal beats. Please help how can i get rid of this , when im normal even than its happening to me as well.

If you are not hypertensive and heart is structurally normal than it doesn't need to be treated. You can relaxation techniques such as yoga or pranayama. You should also stop worrying about it than automatically they will reduce. Generally they are of not any consequence. If still persist and trouble some than in consulatation with cardiologist you may start on low dose betablocker
