Hello doctor, pics uploaded, only itching is there, no pain if I touch on white bumps/spots, and I also noted that white smelly stud occurring fast and frequently , even I am washing morning and evening, and sensitivity is almost lost on head during the sex

I suggest you to apply a topical antifungal e.g Clotrimazole cream, twice daily for a week.
In addition to this you may take a oral antifungal e.g tab Fluconazole once a day for 3 days.
Clean the area daily with just lukewarm water. Avoid soap.
