Hello doctor, pics uploaded, only itching is there, no pain if I touch on white bumps/spots, and I also noted that white smelly stud occurring fast and frequently , even I am washing morning and evening, and sensitivity is almost lost on head during the sex

You seem to have a yeast /candida infection - white macerated scaling and itching is a feature of candidal balanitis.
I suggest you to apply a topical antifungal e.g Clotrimazole cream, twice daily for a week.
In addition to this you may take a oral antifungal e.g tab Fluconazole once a day for 3 days.
Clean the area daily with just lukewarm water. Avoid soap.

Thank you. The white bumps are actually fordyce spots which are ectopic sebaceous glands. They are not due to candida infection.
